How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve FinTel.
- Generate reports, forecasts, AI responses, exports, and customer-requested workflows.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal/accounting obligations.
Processors and sharing
We use subprocessors only as needed to operate the service, including hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, accounting/CRM integrations, and AI model providers. We do not sell customer data. Customer financial data is shared only to provide the service, comply with law, protect the service, or at the customer’s direction.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while the account is active and as needed for support, security, legal, and backup purposes. Trial and canceled-account retention follows the lifecycle shown in the product. Customers may request export or deletion at [email protected].
Security
FinTel uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, MFA support, audit logging, backups, and least-privilege operational controls. See Security for the current control summary.
