These Terms govern access to DMW FinTel (“FinTel”), operated by DMW Technologies LLC (“DMW,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using FinTel, you agree to these Terms.
The service
FinTel provides financial intelligence, forecasting, reporting, document, data-room, and advisory workflow software. AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for account credentials, MFA settings, user activity, connected integrations, and ensuring you have authority to upload or connect customer data.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans are offered monthly or annually. A 14-day trial may be offered and requires a payment method at checkout. Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you upload or connect. You grant DMW a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service, support your account, maintain security, and comply with law.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful use.
- No attempts to access another customer’s data or disrupt the service.
- No reverse engineering except where prohibited by law.
- No uploading data you lack rights or authority to share.
Integrations and third parties
QuickBooks, Stripe, CRM, payroll, banking, email, analytics, and AI providers are governed by their own terms. DMW is not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data changes.
No professional advice
FinTel and DMW do not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or fiduciary advice through the software. Customers remain responsible for professional judgments and client deliverables.
Availability and changes
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, these Terms, or pricing prospectively. Material Terms changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. DMW disclaims implied warranties. DMW’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
